Will servicing with you affect my warranty?
No. Under EU rules you can have your car serviced by an independent garage without affecting the manufacturer’s warranty, as long as approved parts and schedules are used.
Do you give quotes before starting work?
Always. If we find anything beyond the job you booked, we call you with a price and wait for your go-ahead.
Can I wait while the work is done?
For interim services, diagnostics and tyres, yes. There’s tea, coffee and Wi-Fi in reception.
Do you work on hybrids?
Yes, including routine servicing on most hybrid models.
